COURSE OBJECTIVES

The workshop aims at equipping UDSM Staff with skills and knowledge on the conduction of effective and quality short terms courses to its stakeholders. The workshop will also sharpen skills of participants and help them improve their expertise in training.

i. All UDSM staff involved in conduction of short term trainings to internal and external stakeholders; and ii. UDSM staff interested on doing short term training.
