COURSE OBJECTIVES

The objective of this training is to equips participant’s with professional knowledge and practical
skills in fiber optic and ability to work with industrial fiber optic systems in telecommunications
companies

• Introduction to premises cabling
• Copper and coax in structured cabling
• Fiber optics in structured cabling
• Premises cabling installation, including CCTV, copper (UTP), fiber optic and wireless installation
• Designing premises cabling systems

By the end of the course participants will be able to:

• Prepare fiber cables for installation, splicing, and termination
• Hands-on skill for premises cabling installation
• Hands-on skill for design and implement premises cabling systems
• Hands-on skill for networking with fiber transmission
• Work with industrial fiber optic systems in telecommunication companies
