  • Interpret and apply PPRA standard tendering and contract documents for large and small works, including relevant FIDIC principles.
  • Effectively administer construction contracts, including management of payments, variations, extensions of time, claims, and contractual obligations.
  • Manage contractual risks and support decision-making to minimize disputes, enhance compliance, improve project performance and achieve value for money.
