COURSE OBJECTIVES

Understanding Consultancy Contracts: The training aims to enhance stakeholders’ understanding of the implementation and management of consultancy service contracts.
Subcontractor Procurement: Participants will gain in-depth knowledge on how to effectively solicit and manage domestic and nominated subcontractors.
Claims Management: The training will equip participants with skills to handle, evaluate, and manage claims during project implementation.
Approval of Payment Certificates: Participants will learn the procedures for reviewing and approving payment certificates during the execution of works
