• Administer petroleum fiscal terms, cost recovery mechanisms, cash calls, and payment systems to enhance revenue assurance, financial accountability, and economic benefits to Tanzania.
• Establish and use KPIs, audits, HSE controls, and risk mitigation measures to monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and international standards.
• Identify potential claims and disputes early, apply dispute prevention techniques, and effectively manage dispute resolution processes using negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and case-based decision-making.
