By the end of the course participants will be able to:
Practitioners and technical staff across sectors in Tanzania, including government agencies, civil society organizations (CSOs), and the private sector The Climate Finance and Green Economy short course will be delivered through lectures, presentations, case studies, and group activities, combining theoretical and practical learning at the Institute of Resource Assessment (IRA), University of Dar es Salaam, Mwalimu Nyerere Main Campus. Training fees are 1,500,000 TZS for local non-students, 800,000 TZS for local students, 500 USD for foreign students, and 1,200 USD for foreign non-students, with a field excursion costing 500 USD for foreign participants and 600,000 TZS for locals. Fees cover tuition, course materials, certificate of attendance, lunch, and mid-session tea/refreshments, while participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation (recommendations for affordable options can be provided upon request).
