COURSE OBJECTIVES

To offer training on Kiswahili for foreign individuals to carter for communication or academic needs in a short period of time.

KEY TOPICS

• a. Content of the course will be in accordance with the level of a learner.
• b. Levels which are offered are beginner, intermediate, and advanced.
• c. Training for each level will focus on reading, listening, writing and speaking skills.
• d. Training employs communicative approach and includes aspects of Swahili culture.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of the course participants will be able to:

• By the end of the training, learners are expected to have ability to communicate in Kiswahili according to the respective level as well as to demonstrate Swahili culture.
