COURSE OBJECTIVES

The training will focus on how to design, manage and deliver consultancy services in social science related assignments.

• Profiling and CV preparation for consultancy engagements
• Interpreting the terms of reference and instructions to consultants

• Consultancy reporting and other deliverables
• Professional engagement with clients

LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of the course participants will be able to:

• Acquired adequate consultancy skills and be able to apply for the consultancy assignments and deliver them effectively.
• Be able to respond to calls for expression of interest and proposal for relevant Consultancy assignments
• Acquired skills to professionally manage complex Consultancy projects and maintain good relationship with clients.
