COURSE OBJECTIVES

The objective of this training is to equip individuals with the necessary expertise to handle risks effectively and create a safer work environment.

• Oil and gas value chain; HSE Legal framework; accident occurrences and controls, and importance of safety. in operations.
• Identification of hazards; common hazards in oil and gas; and role of job hazards analysis, safety talks in hazards identification.
• Risk assessment procedures and practices and management.
• Building and maintaining a safety culture to avoid major accidents.

By the end of the course participants will be able to:

• Identify and determine critical risk identification and hazard analysis to prevent accidents and incidents
• Apply behavioral safety techniques to improve communication and safety culture
