The objective of this training is to build knowledge and capacity in monitoring and evaluation practices in oil and gas projects

By the end of the course participants will be able to:

  • Developed a critical understanding of the overall project management cycle (focussing on M&E).
  • Developed an understanding of different approaches to project monitoring and evaluation, including the strengths and weaknesses of the different approaches.
  • Developed a critical understanding of the role of participatory techniques in project management and monitoring.
